Linda was nominated for November Employee of the month because of her hard work and dedication not only to our residents, but to family members as well. Linda goes out of her way to make the residents happy and feel at home. Linda also serves the community by offering free blood pressure clinics with our Admissions Director. Linda goes above and beyond with everything she does and we are very lucky to have a such a dedicated staff member on our team!
Sandra aka “Sandy” is Worcester Health Center’s Activities Assistant and has been selected as our October Employee of the Month. Sandy has been brining joy to all the residents by donating red sox tickets to them! She helps decorate the facility for the holidays which keeps everyone at WHC smiling and keeps the resident family members happy to see their loved one is able to celebrate even when they are away from home. Sandy also helps make raffle baskets for residents funding. We are so happy to have Sandy as part of our activities department!
Vi was nominated for Employee of the Month by a family member. Vi does such a wonderful job taking care of all the residents in the unit. She’s like a multi-tasking goddess always doing more than one thing at a time! Vi was also nominated by our staff for a job well done and for always going above and beyond. It’s unanimous, Vi is awesome!
This is Tom’s second time winning Employee of the Month this year. Tom was nominated by Meghann, our Director of Social Services, for being extra helpful in other departments when needed. He is always happy to help with many different tasks and always does so with a smile on his face. Tom always goes above and beyond – we are lucky to have such a passionate employee.
James was nominated for covering extra shifts when we really needed the extra help. He always helps get staff to come in and pick up shifts when he can’t and we appreciate that so much! James always goes above and beyond with the care he gives to the residents. We are very lucky to have him at Worcester Health Center.
Regina was nominated by our Director of Nursing, Paula Collins, for covering shifts when we had the Noro virus. We needed a hand and Regina worked a double every day for a week and a half straight without calling out! Regina is always willing to help and that is exactly why she is our Employee of the Month.
